When users open the checked-in/static DevHQ rather than starting npm run hq:live, this new milestone is invisible: at this commit docs/dev-hq/data.json and data.js still contain only M1–M4 and retain the old docs/PLAN.md hash. Because the merge queue does not run the clone-local post-merge generator, merging this change will leave the static milestone map and package-progress data stale; run npm run hq and commit both generated snapshot files with the plan update.

Der Plan hält jetzt fest, dass es bis v1.5.0 keine neuen Funktionen gibt und neue Ideen nur nach „Später“ kommen. Neu ist der Meilenstein M5 „Aufräumen und erste Tester“ mit den Aufräum-Paketen ARCH-D1 bis D8, die erst nach v1.5.0 laufen. In der Entscheidungs-Inbox stehen drei neue offene Fragen; die dringende davon ist die Offline-Sicherung des Updater-Signierschlüssels (E14).
