Serial ownership and protected-source proof

The predecessor job406 was first writer. Its native completion was observed at 2026-10-28T03:50:52.514Z; process identity, group and phase-child termination were verified before this job edited PLAN or started the actual merge. No wait for the later CommandChat writer and no concurrent PLAN edit. Detailed private process evidence is retained in the handover.

Exactly one nine-cell own row is added. It names the immutable source, Server, B source/merge and C row, 01a and actual Digest #1964 merge 9ba7b543465b99dd8062f7b47ae2fc59673dd8d9 (live gh pr view 1964: exit 0, merged 2026-10-27T23:53:18Z). Its post-merge delivery statement covers only the controlled global field. Removing the exact row reproduces current main PLAN byte-for-byte: all newer rows, status, titles, order, dependencies and user/inbox sections are preserved. No optional WebPort row change.

Protected verification: exit 0. The following files equal accepted 4d58613 byte-for-byte: src/components/settings/stuck/StuckFields.tsx, StuckFields.public.test.tsx, texts.ts, src/components/SettingsView.test.tsx, and src/components/SettingsView.tsx. The exact two public textbox queries, all assertions, controller, copy and props remain intact. All other final tracked paths outside the accepted package and own row equal current main. Reversing only the accepted Stuck import/render substitution reproduces the entire current-main GeneralTab exactly, proving the current FontRadioGroup, Digest and all other main behavior were preserved at source level; the targeted tests below also pass. The final tree differs from the automatic merge tree only in the own PLAN row. No other manual production, test, controller, IPC, native, CSS, baseline, probe, gate or dependency change.

Strict current-main versus merged-head design evidence

This is not a green design verdict. All 396/396 cases and five metrics match with zero missing/added cases and zero per-case increases. Strict per-case, aggregate and stored-failure comparison: exit 0, no exception. Chromium 153.0.8010.12 on both sides. The old 4d source proof is not reused as merged-head proof.

All 1874 base / 1877 candidate tracked files match their exact Git blobs; final committed tree equals the measured candidate tree. The byte-identical existing field probe SHA-256 73eb7fda69f8c5ef28d6a31440fd2cc87d5576bb78ce393271107152f168d373 captured six final-tree normal/error/saving states: exit 0. All six field images plus the light/dark classic-panel captures were inspected: current FontRadioGroup visible; Stuck input, button, complete hint/error readable without clipping or a new outer card. This is browser-fixture observation only. Source/probe/image manifests and raw logs are retained privately. The shared 5173 port was observed free before browser/full-verifier phases; no port override or peer termination.

• Linux does not compile/run #[cfg(windows)] tests (run_in_pty, npm_shim, ConPTY, DPAPI) or Windows clippy branches. The Windows lane runs in the merge queue.

The existing driver also reports one solved conflict during remerge reconstruction; the complete stdout follows. It shows only the own PLAN row because GeneralTab equals the driver's automatic merge. This alone is not semantic acceptance; Root must check the merge delta and the GeneralTab main-relative diff with the protected/test/design evidence above.

Change and scope

Plan-ID: KR-09b-3-STUCK-LEAF — ROW_PENDING, <=15 RAW reserved in this same PR after Root's source-delta disposition and Chief's separate serial lease. Internal ticket #331 / parent #329. Original source base and current merge-base: 09eb5e144f3a3f257d7cd0aceac876937c67d713. Reviewed source head: d207012d88b1c32af74fe3fdd308e696b1bc2a11. Final source candidate: 4d58613831a005d6708fee7f15a6c2afe79b14de.

The existing GeneralTab stuck field uses the existing Glass Field/Input/Button controls and CSS. R1989-A1 replaces the group's title with aria-label, preserving its public accessible name without adding a native tooltip. Exactly two queries in src/components/SettingsView.test.tsx:352,355 now use findByRole("textbox", { name: "Stuck-Diagnose (Minuten)" }). The second assertion retains waitFor with an async callback. Values "10" and "20", the window-focus event and every other assertion are unchanged. Root explicitly approved this public-query correction after the observed NB1 ambiguity. No internal selector, arbitrary first match, renamed control, skip, timeout, retry or weakened assertion was added.

Bounded fix delta d207012d..4d586138: +3/-3 = 6 RAW, only those two files. Entire package against the merge-base: +177/-33 = 210 RAW, <=225 including the reserved own row, below 300. All 1867 other tracked files match their protected hashes, including the public regression test, PLAN, controller, texts, props, IPC, design primitives, CSS and gates. No merge/refresh, dependency/license addition or configuration change.

The controlled leaf still passes raw blank, zero, numeric and non-numeric strings unchanged, saves only on explicit clicks, leaves the textbox editable during saving, retains the busy save button's accessible name and links hint/error/invalid state. The existing simultaneous terminal-output AND worktree-inactivity wording and blank/default semantics remain. R1989-A2 remains rejected without scope expansion.

Evidence at the final source candidate

• Preserved original compiling RED at exact base, before the source implementation: public GeneralTab regression failed because the named group was absent; original test-first commit e964261d4a1010452015651c7e9cb00502c5a955 precedes the implementation. Exact named Test-First trailer retained on the new normal commit.

The actual SettingsView second-writer regression retains its same public names, values and focus assertions.

The unchanged npm run design:gate -- --out <private-output> was freshly run in separately pinned exact BASE and final candidate source snapshots: exit 1 / exit 1, reflecting inherited findings. All 396 / 396 cases match; zero missing/added cases and zero per-case metric increases. Stored failures 20 -> 20. Aggregate metrics (slack, nesting, tabs, eyebrows, grids): [222,2316,132,376,20] -> [222,2316,132,364,20]. Chromium 153.0.8010.12 in both runs. No baseline, probe, threshold, style or exception changes; no --update or noise exemption.

All 1866 tracked base files were verified byte-for-byte against the exact Git base; the final 1869-file snapshot matches the final source worktree.
