Plan-ID: KR-04c-1-COMMANDCHAT-CONTROLS.
Operator: PFLEGEN. Authority: Root msg-0mvrj0w2i-a0b74318 and msg-0mvrjg24c-b1ee3ef4, serial continuation 2026-10-28T03:47Z.

Own-row delivery — 2026-10-28

  • Immutable accepted source: e2af21107ed79e8277e267b5bbc80f06ccd7bd87. Own documentation commit: f2a55e01957d2f2cedc9fb3e1953b093557173bd. Final metadata/merge HEAD and verified full remote: 1dfe5ed159245ad2797992d9c998c87d6c9521d6.
  • Ordinary merge parents: own documentation commit and current main 5bb04d671bf47e6efaf9e679637af6bfc2db73c4. Main CI 40623276085 was observed completed/success. There was no refresh-only merge, rebase, history rewrite or force push.
  • Add exactly one nine-cell row to docs/PLAN.md, describing only the bounded native-controls split: existing host/border/background, extracted text and role=alert without inline color, original native controls/classes, public identity and drafts. Actual 01a/feat(design): add standalone UI baseline and port feedback inputs (KR-01a) #1547 and KR-04b/fix: preserve project chat drafts across routes (KR-04b) #1894 (ae9abb5f) prerequisites remain. GLM and Kimi source approval, Root source acceptance, D1 CLOSED and Root's D2 rejection are recorded. Root's final metadata acceptance remains OPEN.
  • Before integration, removing only this row reproduces frozen e2af PLAN byte for byte. Actual git merge-tree --write-tree HEAD origin/main then returned 1, proving an addition/addition conflict only in PLAN against the newer KR-04d-1 row. Ordinary git merge --no-commit origin/main returned 1 for that same conflict. Resolution retains both rows. Removing only the own row from the final PLAN reproduces the complete current-main PLAN byte for byte; every newer upstream row and existing parent title/status/dependency is preserved.
  • All five package source/test/dictionary blobs remain EXACT e2af. Full manifest matches current main plus those five accepted blobs and the own PLAN row: 0 unexpected path/blob differences. The other 47 non-PLAN path differences from e2af are automatic upstream inheritance, separately inventoried; none was manually edited. git show --remerge-diff HEAD identifies only PLAN as the resolution delta. No manual source conflict, controls migration, CSS/DS/IPC/gate author edit or cleanup.
  • Final package vs the new merge-base/current main: 239 RAW (+227/-12), six paths, including tests; own row +1/-0. This is below 253 projected and the hard 300 limit. No size exception used.

Serial prerequisite and observed external state

AppData job406 delivered aa69ed48 in #1996 with full prepush/push0, then ended. Restarted Stuck job407 delivered its own row and GeneralTab integration at 16ec351cf3171db3257950b41179801ed248b925 in #1989, with red-first0 and full prepush/push0. Its final labels-unchanged assertion returned 1 because the former conflict label disappeared; the worker stopped without changing labels. This historical failed metadata assertion is retained, not represented as a code-test failure or silently retried.

Fresh GitHub observation then found Root's explicit Root acceptance (INTEGRIEREN) at that exact Stuck head: own row and merge delta checked, Ready and review-ok set by Root. This satisfied the successful-delivery prerequisite before the own PLAN edit. Both predecessor native processes, recorded groups/sessions and observed phase processes were checked absent before editing; no process was signalled. This is a finite termination observation, not a universal child-reaping proof. Stuck #1989 was still unmerged when checked; its unmerged branch was never imported or stacked. No worker changed Ready, labels or queue state, and no observed Root action was reverted.

Evidence bound to final metadata HEAD

Check Exact command / boundary Raw exit and observation
Start bash scripts/sync.sh start; npm run dev:start-check -- --max-cargo 2 --min-free-gb 3.5 0 / 0; clean assigned worktree, no Cargo build, 13.9 GiB free at final admission; startcheck had no usage input

Remote and PR git ls-remote origin refs/heads/codex/kr04c1-commandchat; gh pr view 1965 --json headRefOid,isDraft, labels, body 0 / 0; exact final full SHA, Draft true, labels empty before metadata update; final body readback recorded at handover
Scope/inverse/manifests complete blob manifests, frozen/current-main row inverse, size and clean-worktree assertions 0; protected package source unchanged

Retained failures: the initial offline PLAN check returned 1 for unknown dependency KR-01a; only the own dependency cell was corrected to the repository's existing spelling 01a (#1547), then the check returned0. The two merge commands' exit1 values above are the observed real PLAN conflict and were resolved within the authorized scope. There was no failing red-first or push run in this continuation, no repeated passing full gate and no hook bypass.

The mandatory unchanged red-first verifier performed its standard single npm ci from the unchanged lockfile in its disposable merge-base worktree. No new dependency, package/lockfile edit, paid fallback or additional installation was introduced. All heavy phases used the existing guard in the same awaited foreground shell, warm slot12/jobs1, no CARGO_PROFILE override; five-author/two-heavy limits, load<8, available memory>=3500MiB, target exclusivity and known ancestry were enforced. No new worker, reviewer, team, service, capture, release, tag, purchase or deletion.

Architecture drift: final own prepush0; no new finding or author allowlist change. Any gate-script differences inherited by the necessary merge are existing upstream changes, not package edits.

Retained immutable source evidence and review

Original source BASE 86401bd81ec62e5e684903f4d29db18730dfbd86 and final e2af stored396-case results were rechecked byte-identical: SHA-256 d81dddd67fbdb626cc89a1717978cf7937df5f7a1f80d4abf46420ca1b3ed784, stored failures20=20, raw capture exits1/1. Historical source full red-first0 and source prepush0 (292s) remain e2af-bound evidence. No new screenshot, capture or claim of merged-head visual/native/AT verification was made.

Review: ausstehend (Stufe C: final metadata/own row). Original source Stufe A: GLM-5.2/Zhipu APPROVE, Kimi Code k3.1-pro/Moonshot APPROVE on the recorded bounded delta, D1 CLOSED, D2 rejection preserved; Root accepted source at immutable e2af. This follow-up supersedes older pending-source-review and serial-row statements in the retained historical report. Root checks the final row/merge metadata and alone decides Ready/labels/Mergify. The author launched no review and claimed no own approval.

Own actual native turn_context at03:49:49.687Z: OpenAI/gpt-6.1-sol/high. Own native quota at03:52:11.034Z: weekly61% used/39% remaining, below operative95/native98; fresh04:19:37.845Z observation64% used/36% remaining. Dispatch's older60% was not claimed as current. get_goal({}) returned null at entry, pre-edit and final handover; only current-session lookup is exposed, no cross-session lookup/resume argument. Prior unmet goals and parents were neither replaced nor completed; the ticket scope remains binding. Lage-jetzt mirror unavailable; live refs/PRs/events used.

NICHT ABGEDECKT

  • Linux does not compile/run #[cfg(windows)] tests (run_in_pty, npm_shim, ConPTY, DPAPI) or Windows clippy arms; the Windows lane runs in the merge queue.
  • Prepush does not run the linux lane's browser-smoke, frontend-build or workflow gates. External updater/OmniRoute/mirror state and release verification are not covered.
  • Seven existing Rust skips remain; existing Node/HQ skip entries are unchanged. The20 inherited source design failures remain; raw captures1/1 are not green design verdicts. No new merged-head396-case capture or screenshots were requested or run.
  • Full KR-04c/Glass Button/Field migration remains OPEN; future KR-04c-2 is blocked by Root's Ghost Option A package. Native runtime, installed/effective behavior, keyboard/AT, UAT, whole Glass and parent acceptance remain OPEN.
  • Final Root metadata acceptance and Mergify integration remain OPEN. Cross-session goal retrieval and lage-jetzt access were unavailable. Finite process observations do not prove universal child reaping.

Retained e2af source-delivery report

The following source report and Root review record retain their original evidence bindings. Their former serial-row scheduling statements are superseded by the follow-up above.

Plan-ID: KR-04c-1-COMMANDCHAT-CONTROLS

Operator: NACHBESSERN. Authority: Root msg-0mvrhhpq2-46ec0526, 2026-10-28T02:17:09.242Z, R1965-D1 SPLIT. Existing owner/ticket #333 (c07e5bd2-4395-4ae9-bb01-dbc3b96d3f51), branch codex/kr04c1-commandchat, same Draft PR #1965.

Delivered native-controls split

  • Restore the original native button/textarea elements and exact command-chat-toggle, command-chat-input, command-chat-expand, command-chat-send classes from source BASE 86401bd81ec62e5e684903f4d29db18730dfbd86. The existing .command-chat host retains its border, background and flex-column layout. No Glass Button, Field, g-inp classes, g-chrome wrapper, shared variant or local CSS exception remains in this slice.
  • Retain text extraction and role="alert" on the existing error element, without inline color. The original visible busy text Sendet … is also extracted; minimal native aria-label="Senden" preserves the same send button's accessible identity. The decorative history chevron stays hidden from its action name.
  • Preserve native ref/name/rows/value/placeholder/disabled/keyboard contracts, handlers, public props, project fencing, draft generation, history state and scroll ownership. The props and state/handler region match source BASE exactly. styles.css matches both entry and BASE byte for byte; App, hooks, native/API, DS, gates and baselines are unchanged.
  • Keep every public/layout/route assertion. The only additional test maintenance declares Node imports and browser globals explicitly to satisfy lint; no assertion, skip, retry, timeout or own-module mock was added or weakened.
  • Deferred boundary: the complete CommandChat Glass Button/Field migration moves to a separate future PM proposal owned by Root, including the question of transparent ghost-border material counting. This PR does not complete full KR-04c or whole-Glass acceptance. No gate exception or fourth design method was used.

Refs, history and size

  • Original source BASE: 86401bd81ec62e5e684903f4d29db18730dfbd86.
  • Entry local HEAD 616a6baa4e0ea8752e33246955d485178749bdb8 and assertion-RED 2582978ed9570401bbb2e221351334521e3da502 remain ancestors. The uncommitted R2 fallback was backed up and matched its supplied SHA-256 c0b000d8179fb630913e9baf910f8b34303ae9f4082741fea9015f44de3f0a7d before editing.

Normal push and git ls-remote confirm the full remote SHA; Draft head matches, labels remain empty, worktree is clean. No reset, rebase, amend, force push or replacement PR.
  • git diff --numstat BASE...HEAD: 238 RAW across the existing five package paths, including all tests and the dictionary. Reserve 15 RAW for the later same-PR PLAN row: 253 projected, below 300 and the authorized R1965-D1 review-forced limit of 400. The bounded remote-to-final delta is 130 RAW across CommandChat, its dictionary and layout test.
  • Historical D1 candidate616 measured287 RAW/projected302, forced by R1965-D1; that historical overrun remains recorded but does not apply to this smaller final split. ROW_PENDING: no PLAN edit or main refresh merge here. Chief must obtain the serial row lease after Root's source-fix review; lesson399 keeps its assigned next window.

Evidence and raw exits

Every heavy phase used the unchanged private guard.py srv-kr04c1-commandchat 12 && <phase> in the same awaited foreground shell. Slot12/jobs1, warm/exclusive target, five-author/two-heavy limits, load<8, available memory>=3500MiB and known process ancestry remained enforced. No background service, extra agent, infrastructure change, new dependency, broad process signal or installation outside the standing lockfile-only verifier preparation exception.

Failures are retained separately: the first full verifier at132 exited1 solely because another process occupied port5173, with no owned survivors. After observing that port free, the unchanged verifier at132 exited0. The first normal push at132 exited1 at lint (12 undeclared globals in the inherited layout test), before transfer; it left the remote at01. The two imports and globalThis references fixed that exact failure. The final full verifier at e2af and final normal push both exited0. No failing run was replaced by a prior passing result.

Historical evidence remains dated and scoped: compiling host assertion RED258 before616; full verifier0 for01 (2026-10-28T00:52:05Z historical report), full verifier1 for616 (2026-10-28T01:34:41Z–01:35:08Z), and R2's failed permitted variants15>14. Every historical Test-First name remains present and passes at final HEAD; the native split retires no referenced contract and produces no historical-trailer conflict.

Strict design and visual observation

Exact Git archives/manifests bind original864 and final e2af. The only private overlay in each is the identical accepted07d/merged09eb scripts/dev/design-gate.mjs, SHA-256 9d408cad19ce6248e881fc1a7df6b4840593c09e978f4cb8afe7130b5bcc1d18. These raw capture exits1 are retained existing failures; no offset, exception, baseline update, threshold/probe change or border hiding.

Eight actual original/native-split screenshots were personally inspected:1440x900 and1920x1080, light/dark, expanded history, full two-line draft and focused native textarea. Text, native classes, input/button geometry, visible focus and history position match BASE in all four pairs. The inspected132 runtime is byte-identical to final e2af; their sole file difference is the layout test's globals. Final e2af was separately recaptured over all396 design cases. The existing generic forced-parent child-reap limitation remains; finite clean observation proves no universal child cleanup property.

Review: ausstehend (Stufe A).

Historical Root record: GLM-5.2/Zhipu APPROVE WITH CONDITIONS for b5d92333..01daec76 remains preserved. R1965-D1, medium, accepted by Root: restore the existing host. Native split now has passing host, route, strict design, red-first and prepush evidence; independent closure still belongs to Root. R1965-D2, low, rejected by Root: glass.css remains supplied elsewhere and CommandChat does not use g-chrome; no change or reopened finding. No new independent approval is claimed.

Latest dispatch requires one outside-OpenAI bounded fix-round delta review 01daec76c950a1edca35ab8664654842d25fa847..e2af21107ed79e8277e267b5bbc80f06ccd7bd87, arranged by Root after checked delivery, followed by Chief's serial own-row update. No tier-A seam file changed in this delta. No author review, third full review, Ready, labels, queue or manual merge. Checked source delivery is complete; the package metadata/review and parents remain open.

NICHT ABGEDECKT

  • Linux does not compile/run #[cfg(windows)] tests (run_in_pty, npm_shim, ConPTY, DPAPI) or Windows clippy arms. The Windows lane runs in the merge queue.
  • The prepush lane does not run the linux lane's browser-smoke, frontend-build or workflow gates. External updater/OmniRoute/mirror state is not covered by gates; no release verification performed.
  • Seven existing Rust skips remain; no new skip/retry/timeout or assertion weakening. The20 pre-existing design-baseline failures remain identical in original and candidate.
  • Browser fixtures replace only IPC. Screenshots, computed layout and public tests do not establish native lifecycle/PTY, installed/effective behavior, assistive technology, UAT, performance or whole-Glass acceptance.
  • ROW_PENDING and Root's bounded independent review remain open. Full KR-04c, the deferred Glass Button/Field migration and parent/native/install/effective/AT/UAT/Glass goals remain OPEN. Cross-session native goal access is unavailable; no unmet parent goal was completed.

Root review record — delta 01daec7..e2af211 (2026-10-28, review time 02:58:56Z)

  • Reviewer 1: GLM-5.2 (Zhipu, via Ollama Cloud), non-OpenAI; author family OpenAI. Verdict APPROVE, findings none. Root verified cited lines at e2af211 (CommandChat.tsx:103 host, :129 role=alert without inline colour, :135ff native controls, no design/controls import).
  • R1965-D1: CLOSED.

Root acceptance (INTEGRIEREN) — head 1dfe5ed (2026-10-28)

  • f2a55e0 adds the own row KR-04c-1-COMMANDCHAT-CONTROLS (docs/PLAN.md +1, tier C); merge 1dfe5ed brings in main 5bb04d6 (remerge-diff: only PLAN conflict markers resolved).
  • Package identity: git patch-id --stable of the five package source/test files is 3a17ef941469 both for e2af211 against its merge-base and for 1dfe5ed against origin/main, so the reviewed source is unchanged. git merge-tree origin/main 1dfe5ed1 is clean.
  • Reviews: GLM-5.2 (Zhipu) APPROVE + Kimi Code k3.1-pro (Moonshot) APPROVE on the delta 01daec7..e2af211, author family OpenAI; R1965-D1 CLOSED, D2 rejected; no open finding.
  • Root marks it ready and sets review-ok, both bound to 1dfe5ed. Any later push voids this.
  • Open limits: Glass Button/Field migration is KR-04c-2 (blocked_by the design-gate transparent-border package); native, AT and UAT acceptance.

Render the actual app with its existing browser IPC fixture and styles in both themes. Assert the real history/prompt layout, top border and nontransparent background.

Test-First: src/components/CommandChat.layout.browser.mjs::keeps command history above the prompt on its existing bordered surface

Resolve R1965-D1 by restoring the command-chat host with its existing flex column, top border and background. Keep state, handlers and mounted controls unchanged.

Root ENTSCHEIDEN R1965-D1 (2026-10-28 ~01:58Z): remote head unchanged 01daec7 (draft); local attempt 616a6ba is not pushed.

Cause: the extra nesting level comes from #1965 itself, not from the restored host. At 01daec7 CommandChat.tsx wraps the Field in a new ad-hoc <div style={{ flex: 1, minWidth: 0 }}> around <Field> (which renders its own .g-field root). The Fragment hid that extra level by dropping the outer .command-chat host. 616a6ba restores the host, the wrapper stays, so we get /beweise/diff 15 > 14 and 24 non-MCP increases.

D1 layout requirement (unchanged): the existing outer <div className="command-chat"> host stays, with its existing layout (styles.css .command-chat block) and without redundant material.

Allowed method cut (no new hull, no gate/test/review weakening): keep 616a6ba's restored host AND remove the inline-styled flex wrapper div. Give the field its flex sizing through the existing .command-chat-bar block in styles.css: one scoped rule .command-chat-bar > .g-field { flex: 1; min-width: 0; }, next to the existing .command-chat-input rule, which already carries flex: 1; min-width: 0. This also removes an inline style, so it complies with the design system better. Expected effect: route nesting back to <= base (14) and design-gate non-increase at 0. Acceptance unchanged: the retained route-ceiling test exits 0, design:gate base vs candidate shows no increased metric outside MCP, the new layout test plus the existing public tests are green, red-first holds, prepush exits 0. Size is the forced fix round: projected about 302 RAW, under the 400 limit; record the overrun and R1965-D1 in the report.

If this cut still fails the ceiling or gate: SPLIT. The Field migration of the textarea leaves #1965 (it stays a plain textarea.g-inp with its aria-label), and the Field wrapper becomes its own later leaf. No exception, no third full round.

Next step: owner Stabschef dispatches the same worker/branch with the same goal binding. Resume condition: a free slot plus this disposition. Keep the local commits 2582978/616a6baa and their evidence. Review: one bounded fix-round delta 01daec7.. by a non-OpenAI family (tier A files: two). After that, the PLAN row (serial).

Apply the Root R1965-D1 split: keep the original host and native control classes, extract the original busy text, preserve stable accessible action names and announce errors through the existing class styling. Defer the Glass Button and Field migration.

Test-First: src/components/CommandChat.public.test.tsx::keeps sending named and announces errors without changing the submitted draft

Test-First: scripts/dev/design-gate.test.mjs::mounted CommandChat preserves visible actions without increasing original route nesting

Import Node process and console explicitly and access browser globals through globalThis. Keep every layout assertion unchanged; this closes the lint failure from the normal prepush lane.

Test-First: src/components/CommandChat.layout.browser.mjs::keeps command history above the prompt on its existing bordered surface

@Cuarroc Cuarroc changed the title feat(command-chat): port mounted controls to Glass fix(command-chat): preserve native controls and accessible errors Oct 28, 2026
Record only the bounded native-controls delivery and its open acceptance limits.

No-Test: Documentation-only own PLAN row; source and tests remain byte-identical to accepted e2af211.
Preserve all upstream PLAN rows and the accepted native-controls source blobs.

No-Test: Resolve the documentation addition conflict; all other changes are automatic upstream inheritance.
