Composing X54 with both PR1201 source-holder fusion providers gives locally verified conditional kappa = 0.001675807682652, 0.00238217943588687291540245383143771992709520302329129948804939952695019477370% above PR1201's 0.001675767762856960.

Both local words retain their entrance/end interfaces, ordered helper widths, ports and centre frames. The X54 operation is relocated through an exact scalar-gate sequence alignment and the frames are refitted. Each provider changes by +2 H3 -4 H4 +2 H5. The profiles are:

• Base (265 calls): H1=2358, H2=504, H3=410, H4=130, H5=82, H8=8.
• Extra (68 calls): H1=2334, H2=528, H3=422, H4=118, H5=82, H8=8.

The PR1192/1201 owner map and dispatch remain unchanged: 159,840 whole-helper roles in 333 calls, idle H1=18 and H48=11374. Aggregate paid profile is H1=783600, H2=169464, H3=137346, H4=42474, H5=27306, H8=2664, H48=11374. Complete deficit remains 11840.

Local validation passed:

• Fresh sequential native replays of BOTH final words: transport, emitted ledgers, all 704 scalar columns in both orientations, wrappers and exact phase checks.
• Frozen literal recipes reconstruct both complete words, and the cross-call journal reconstructs every unchanged owner and dispatch entry. Independent raw-word audits pass; all 20 fusion controls and eight direct X54 controls fail at their intended mathematical checks. X54 controls test missing full restoration, moving an early restoration to full cleanup, missing entrance pre-read, and late donation, separately on each final word.
• The unchanged independent PR1049 leaver-premise checker locates and validates all eight coded cells in BOTH final words, including actual restoration, no later read/tail conflict, endpoint, frame and profile recounts.
• Strict source-bound provider binding, emitted controller, complete invoice and assembly with unchanged pinned PR1129 engines: 114 admission, 15 controller and 12 bit controls, two exact moment engines and 47 outer inequalities.
• Independent actual source-event windows, per-call width/profile recount, family noncollision, all 73-axis charts, 2,016 disjoint pending-child axis relations and eight owner controls. Prefix 775 < 1024; physical row 17495 < 20161.
• Standalone frozen replay passes PASS_X54_MIXED_T37_FUSIONS_NATIVE_AND_STRICT_ADMISSION at the stated value. It explicitly reuses the fresh complete native runs above, while rerunning every local control, premise audit and strict global stage. Hosted CI is separate and is not claimed as passing.

Run python3 -B research/x54-mixed-t37-fusions/verify.py --work /absolute/new/output-directory. The default rebuilds both native providers sequentially; optional --base-native-from and --extra-native-from validate and reuse completed runs. Requires Python 3.11+, C++ and Boost. No solver or network is needed for verification. Parent geometry is pinned and its source-event windows independently reconstructed; this is not a full cold ancestry rebuild. MAPPED-RECIPE.json retains upstream nomination metadata; the final checked constructors consume RECIPE-base.json.gz and RECIPE-extra.json.gz against the exact pinned PR1201 inputs.

Conditional finite construction only. All-size compiler, common-label/mutable-source realization, whole-call hosting, precision/tape, exact recovery, analytic transfer, PR559 recurrence correction and PR589 bit H1-H5 assumptions remain. No unconditional theorem, full Lean certification, or global packing claim.
