Composing PR1195's two source-holder fusions with PR1192's mixed-entrance T37 owner map gives locally verified conditional kappa = 0.00167576776285696, 0.00567336509867026683748527537922408274841005006262320525838514871578973255698% above PR1193's reported 0.001675672695827067.

The fusions at X=439 and X=444 are applied to both local providers, retaining their exact entrance/end interfaces, ordered helper widths, ports and centre frames. Refit local profiles:

• Base (265 calls): H1=2358, H2=504, H3=408, H4=134, H5=80, H8=8.
• Extra (68 calls): H1=2334, H2=528, H3=420, H4=122, H5=80, H8=8.

The independently admitted PR1192 map and dispatch remain unchanged: 159,840 whole-helper roles, 333 calls, idle H1=18 and H48=11374. Aggregate paid profile is H1=783600, H2=169464, H3=136680, H4=43806, H5=26640, H8=2664, H48=11374. Complete rank deficit and finite namespace are unchanged.

Local verification passed:

• Fresh sequential five-stage native replay of BOTH changed providers: native transport, emitted ledgers, both orientations and all 704 scalar columns, residual wrappers and all exact phase edges.
• Literal reconstruction of the base fusion word from the pinned PR1195 recipe and of the extra word from a frozen checked frame/entrance patch. Independent local raw-word audits for both, plus all 20 source-holder fusion mutations (ten per provider) rejected at the unchanged local audit.
• Literal cross-call journal reconstructs the unchanged complete owner map and dispatch. Actual source windows, per-call widths and paid profiles, family noncollision, 73-axis charts and 2,016 disjoint pending-child axis relations pass independent audit, with eight negative controls.
• Strict binding, emitted controller, full finite invoice and exact assembly using unchanged pinned PR1129 admission engines: 114 admission, 15 controller and 12 bit controls, two rational moment engines and all 47 outer inequalities. Prefix 775 < 1024; physical row 17495 < 20161.
• Frozen standalone package passes PASS_MIXED_T37_FUSIONS_NATIVE_AND_STRICT_ADMISSION at the stated bound, explicitly reusing the complete fresh native runs above while rerunning local controls and every strict global stage. Parent geometry is pinned and its actual source windows are independently reconstructed. Repository-wide hosted CI is separate and is not claimed as passing.

Run python3 -B research/mixed-t37-source-holder-fusions/verify.py --work /absolute/new/output-directory. By default both native providers are rebuilt sequentially. Optional --base-native-from and --extra-native-from reuse complete native runs with raw-word, stage and semantic bindings checked. Requires Python 3.11+, C++ and Boost. No optimizer or network is needed for verification. This is not a full cold ancestry rebuild.

Conditional finite construction only. All-size compiler, common-label/mutable-source realization, whole-call hosting, precision/tape, exact recovery, analytic transfer, PR559 recurrence correction and PR589 bit H1-H5 assumptions remain. No unconditional theorem, full Lean certification, or global packing claim.
