fix(query): removed "slowquery" from Neptune Logging is Disabled - Cloudformation/aws

Reason for Proposed Changes

• The original PR implemented the "Neptune Logging Is Disabled" query for CloudFormation. In said implementation both the "audit" and "slowquery" keywords were considered as valid values to stop the query from flagging when defined within the target resource's (AWS::Neptune::DBCluster), EnableCloudwatchLogsExports field.
• This approach was incorrect since the audit logs are very different from the ones enabled by the slowquery keyword.

Proposed Changes

• Altered the query logic to ensure the audit value is mandatory to stop the query from flagging.
• Added new tests to show slowquery is not enough.
• Added a new test to the terraform query analog and new sample to its negative test.
