Info about possibility to recover lava from obsidian

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I can see that a lot of new skyblock players don't know that it's possible to change obsidian block back to lava. I created my own solution that displays anotification about this possibility when you pour the lava with water, but I think that it would be nice to have that built in the plugin.

There could be a message displayed when you pour the lava with water.

As far as I know, the "hint" already exists but might never be displayed. I'll have a look into it.

BentoBox never had the hint. AcidIsland had it, but it was removed at some point. There is still residual text in the ASkyBlock and AcidIsland locale files: lavaTip: "Tip: If obsidian was not intended, it can be scooped back up again with a bucket." but it is not used and instead becomes: "Changing obsidian back into lava. Be careful!".

I think this will need to be coded up.

When obsidian is made, do a scoop check to see if it is solitary and could potentially be scooped. If so, add a hologram over the obsidian block for a period of time and then clear the hologram. The duration will be a setting in BentoBox's config.yml and default to 30 seconds if it is set to 0 seconds (or less) this tip will not be shown. The hologram must be placed above the block, or if that is occupied, then in a spot 1 block around the obsidian in a location where there isn't any block, i.e., there is AIR or a liquid. The preferred spot is above the block and then around the sides and finally under it. The hologram will use a multi-line MiniMessage encoded string stored in the OBSIDIAN_SCOOPING: part of the locale files and called "lavaTip", with the text <green>Scoop this up as lava with a bucket if you need it!</green>.
