…ash-verified, keep them current third_party/laya = NandhaKishorM/laya main 1e28ac20. config/laya.json = convaiinnovations/laya revision aa8c91ca (root, multilingual/, typed-decisions/). scripts/fetch-laya.sh downloads that revision and checks every file (sha256 for LFS weights, git blob id otherwise). bump-laya.yml moves source and revision together daily. docs/laya.md; PORTING step 4. Verified on Strix Halo: 20 files, 2.3 GB, all hashes match. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Step 4 groundwork: pins Laya the same way as every other dependency.
third_party/laya=NandhaKishorM/layamain1e28ac20(Apache-2.0).config/laya.json= Hugging Faceconvaiinnovations/layarevisionaa8c91ca. It holds all three checkpoints: root,multilingual/andtyped-decisions/.scripts/fetch-laya.sh <dir>downloads exactly that revision and verifies every file: sha256 for the LFS weights, the git blob id otherwise.bump-laya.ymlruns daily and moves the source and the revision together.docs/laya.md, and PORTING step 4 marked pinned.Verified on Strix Halo: 20 files, 2.3 GB, all hashes match.
Next in step 4: port the C++ scorer, gate it against the Python reference on the pinned checkpoints, then route requests.
