Added a deterministic evaluation suite for the incident-response workflow.
Dataset
12 simulated incident cases:
Core Validation
18 schema tests
12 workflow tests
6 approval tests
3 timeout tests
3 replay tests
Total:
42 core tests passed
Evaluation Design
Ground truth is isolated from Agent-visible fixture data.
Core CI tests do not depend on a real LLM,
avoiding nondeterministic/flaky evaluation.
Boundary
All incidents remain fixture-based simulations.
