Also I noticed that your profile is not showing up in contributor's list despite your previous contribution. So I think the issue can be misconfiguration in your local git config. Your git config user.email might be different than your GitHub email

I am not very clear about the email settings, but I have synchronized the emails of GitHub and local git.
