Syncs README + AGENTS.md with v4.4.0 behavior: the Obsidian Markdown wiki is opt-in (MEMORYMASTER_WIKI_ABSORB=1, default OFF) and a redundant human-browsable view; the claims DB + recall is the memory system. Fixes the stale 'core feature / prerequisite / READ layer' framing.

README + AGENTS.md still presented the Obsidian wiki as a core feature / a
prerequisite you'd 'lose 80% of the value' without, and called it 'the READ
layer'. After v4.4.0 the Markdown wiki is opt-in (MEMORYMASTER_WIKI_ABSORB=1,
default OFF) — the claims DB + recall is the memory system; the wiki is a
redundant human-browsable view. Reframed the architecture blurb, the LLM Wiki
feature bullet, the LLM-provider note, the Obsidian prerequisite, and the
DB/wiki boundary accordingly.
