feat(web): toggle to hide dispatched bot threads in the sidebar - #1

Threads created by t3-dispatch carry a `bot-<caller>--` title prefix and crowd the sidebar. A header toggle now hides them; the preference persists in localStorage and the open thread always keeps its row. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Threads created by t3-dispatch carry a
bot-<caller>--title prefix and crowd the sidebar. There was no way to hide them.A bot icon toggle in the sidebar header now hides those threads. The preference persists in localStorage (
t3code:sidebar:hide-bot-threads). The open thread always keeps its row. Jump shortcuts, multi-select, drag reorder and sidebar search skip hidden rows, same as the project scope filter. Web and desktop only; mobile is unchanged. No server or contract change, so it adds no migration to rebase. Also bumps the local build to
0.0.99-gitcache.3.local/patched-buildwas rebased onto upstreamd4a33457cbfirst (old tip taggedlocal/patched-build-20260924-pre-rebase); both server fixes are still needed upstream (pingdotgg#8951 and pingdotgg#8796 open, no equivalent fix on main).Verification: 473 tests across the 8 touched test files pass,
tsc --noEmitexits 0 forapps/serverandapps/web. Review: PASS WITH NITS, nits fixed.Written by Claude Opus 5.5 in Claude Code (running in T3 Code).
