twttxt can't create the config file

After running

npm install -g twtxt

I can't run twtxt at all:

>$ twtxt quickstart
This wizard will generate a basic configuration file for twtxt with all mandatory options set. Have a look at the README.rst to get information about the other available options and their meaning.

{ [Error: Cannot find module '/home/me/.config/twtxt.json'] code: 'MODULE_NOT_FOUND' }

It seems some circular dependency is not met or something.
