Item under floating bar not click-able

Describe the bug
The item under the original position of the floating bar cannot be clicked, even if the bar has been moved

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open Excel for instance
2. start recording
3. move floating bar
4. try to select a cell where the bar was at the beginning

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Win 11 arm64 (x64 setup)
• Browser: Edge but doesn't matter
