Feature idea: Saving default settings for Cursor size, movement, Annotation appearance etc.

As far as I can tell there is no way to set any of the main settings like Cursor size and movement, Annotation appearance etc as default. It would be nice if there was some "Set as Default" button for current settings so you can keep preferred options between projects. Sort-of like this (excuse the MS Paint):

And, I guess it would make sense to have two buttons - [Save as Default] and [Reset to Default] or such. So when a user changes something, but would prefer to go back to the functions that were set as defaults it can be done.
