Describe the bug

When dragging the floating toolbar, it continuously drifts toward the
bottom-right corner while the mouse button is held. It stops drifting
when the mouse button is released.
This issue appears to occur when Windows display scaling is set to 125%.

Expected behavior

The toolbar should follow the cursor accurately while dragging and
stop at the position where the mouse button is released.

To Reproduce

  1. Launch Recordly
  2. Click and hold the floating toolbar to drag it
  3. Observe that the toolbar drifts toward the bottom-right while holding
  4. Release the mouse button and confirm the drifting stops
