Execute Wave-generated direct calls with bounded Whale oracle tests #917
Official Whale #293 adds bounded direct/indirect calls. Current adapter emits direct calls, but the locked oracle tests classify calls as unsupported. Upstream exposes independent depth, total-frame, live-value and shared fuel budgets.
After dependency adaptation, execute direct integer and void calls, grouped effects, recursion and call-side short-circuiting. Test global budgets and distinct trap/unsupported outcomes. Full cross-backend/native parity remains #773.
Completion criteria
Execute generated integer-returning and void direct calls, including nested and recursive cases.
Verify once-only grouped/returned void effects and skipped call-side traps.
Exercise shared fuel, call-depth, total-frame, live-value and memory budgets with distinct unsupported/trap/limit outcomes.
Depends on #916 (the subsequent official dependency/API adaptation). Related to #773; #869 completed the earlier call-free integer oracle. This issue does not complete native or full cross-backend parity.
