Use wails3 doctor consistently in this v3 installation guide.

@leaanthony, thanks for confirming — this is consistent with the pattern already in my knowledge base (flagging wails doctor in translated docs as a likely upstream English source bug). The fix should be applied to the English source installation.mdx so all future translations pick up wails3 doctor correctly.
