This PR introduces a new modern starter template for Wails v2 using Angular v21, TailwindCSS v4, and Bun as the package manager.

Key features of this template:

• Uses the latest Angular v21 with modern architecture (Standalone Components, Signals).
• Integrated with TailwindCSS v4 for rapid UI styling.
• Configured to use bun for lightning-fast dependency management and dev server execution (bunx ng serve).
• Clean, minimal, and fully functioning base project demonstrating the Go to Angular interop (Greet function).

2. cd my-project
3. wails dev (Check if the app compiles, the Angular UI renders, and the Greet button successfully calls the Go backend)
4. wails build (Check if the compiled binary works standalone)
