Adds a Picasso-attributed quote at the end of QUOTES, signed by the VNGCloud/GreenNode self-host fork. References the "Good artists copy, great artists steal" line as the wink. - Hoist Picasso/GreenNode quote to the top of QUOTES, before OpenAI's
- Drop the "We will contribute. But not this time :v" tail. The Picasso
"Good artists copy; great artists steal" line stays.
