Install the latest chrome browser and chrome webdriver when creating the crest docker image. Group all commands to install chrome and webdriver in a single RUN line (to reduce Docker layers). Cleanup APT indexes after installing chrome (to reduce Docker layer size). Use only curl (instead of mixing curl and wget).
