Feature request: Allow to list sandboxes - SDK + CLI - by status #133

Context

When listing sandboxes - either via Sandbox.list or sandbox list - I'm lacking the ability to filter by (or sortBy in v2 beta of the SDK, v3 beta of the CLI) the status of the sandbox/session.

Example of a use case:

Allow a user to only to create a sandbox if we have less than 500 sandboxes running.

While this is possible if I call Sandbox.list and iterate through all of the pages, ideally I want to be able to say something like:

await Sandbox.list({
  // ...
  status: 'running',
  // ...
});

I understand that specially with persistent: true, the status is now at the session level, but it would be nice to have a "give me all of the running sandboxes" which translates to "give me all of the sandboxes that have a current session running"
