CCLA - Corporate Contributor License Agreement

My company is requesting that I sign a corporate contributor license agreement instead of an individual one. Is there a CCLA available for this?

Hi @bryandicarlo and thanks for your interest in contributing to Vector we don't currently have a CCLA. Please share the CLA we use with your company's legal team so they can review it. It might be sufficient.

Hi @pront, thanks for getting back to me. The legal team has reviewed it and stated it looks good, but wants to know whether it's possible for a company delegate to sign on behalf of the company rather than in an individual capacity.

Each contributor would have to sign the first time they submit a PR.
