tail: needs 'inotify' at strace output to pass inotify-only-regular.sh of master branch

timeout .1 strace -e inotify_add_watch -o /tmp/strace.out tail -f /dev/null should output strace.out with the string to pass inotify-only-regular.sh of master branch

I did some research into this, and made this PR: #9666

I believe its one of those situations where even when trying to test the "Spirit" of the integration test, we should change the "strace" to "strace -f" which follows the different threads instead of the primary one since the crate we use for this is multithreaded. I don't think the nature of being on the same thread is a gnu compatibility difference its more of an implementation details but I'm curious to see if y'all agree.

Was just checking out the main brainch now and I now see that this patch is only temporary because they started using debug to verify instead of strace: coreutils/coreutils@eebe2ab

I think so, they use strace still in the second part of the test, which even though we will still pass it, the test doesn't really apply because we wouldn't show it anyways.

Just out of curiosity, I see that a bunch of these issues have a mapping with new gnu coreutils integration tests as they come in. Whats the mechanism thats making tests are being created, is it that we are making these issues after seeing the new test cases or is it that the test cases are being created because bug reports from the uutils coreutils are coming in?

Ask to gnu instead of me... But it seems sylvestre is committing some tests to GNU after uutils fixed something.
Also i opened few issues at gnu related with test suite.

Moreover, I'm considering to refrain picking such kind of issue (if doubtful) from unstable GNU's commit.
