[PLUGINS] Add parser unit tests for scapy_recon plugin

Summary

The scan did not find a dedicated parser/plugin test file for scapy_recon. Add focused tests using sample output so parser behavior is protected.

Approach:

• Add a dedicated parser test suite for the scapy_recon plugin.
• Use a representative sample output to validate parser behavior.
• Include tests for empty and malformed outputs to ensure graceful handling without crashes.
• Keep the implementation focused on parser test coverage and verify all existing tests pass.
