[TEST] Add SavedViewsPanel rename and delete flow tests

Summary

SavedViewsPanel has create/rename/delete UI flows that should be protected with focused component tests.

• frontend/src/components/SavedViewsPanel.tsx

Acceptance criteria

• Cover renaming an existing saved view.
• Cover deleting a saved view.
• Assert loading/error states do not leave stale rows behind.
