Adds the Formula 1 Race Weekend recipe (https://trmnl.com/recipes/485545) to the community plugins list.
It shows session times in the owner's time zone, weather, practice and qualifying results, the confirmed grid, race results and weekend news, with championship standings between seasons. All four layouts, no account needed.
The Liquid templates and settings are in
apps/trmnlof the GrandPrixPicks repo, which has thetrmnltopic. Also adds a blank line before the "to be featured here" note. Without it, GitHub renders the note inside the last list item.
