fix(actions): reserve space for Linux runner setup - #510

Nothing but Nix reserves only 1 GiB outside its disk image by default. When /mnt shares the root filesystem, that reserve must also accommodate the action dependencies and downloaded tools. Recent runner images no longer cache our pinned Node version, and installing Node leaves too little space to extract the Cupboard release archive. Reserve 4 GiB through mnt-safe-haven in the Linux prepare action. Setup then has room outside /nix. The root-safe-haven input controls later expansion and does not affect this initial allocation.

The Linux prepare action currently leaves only 1 GiB outside the Nix disk image. On runners where
/mntshares the root filesystem, setup must fit downloaded tools, action dependencies and the Cupboard archive in that reserve. New runner images cache Node 24.22.0 instead of the pinned 24.21.0, so setup downloads another Node installation and then runs out of space while extracting Cupboard.Set
mnt-safe-havento 4096 MiB so Linux runner setup has 4 GiB outside/nix. This uses the existing Nothing but Nix input and applies whenevermaximise-spaceis enabled.The failing ARM job and x86 job both exhausted root space before any target builds started, despite retaining more than 80 GiB free under
/nix.Validation:
pnpm checkrun passed every group except remote-store end-to-end tests, which encountered acache.nixos.orgDNS failure and daemon disconnections. All 14 remote-store tests passed on a separate retry.
