I find workflows worth automating, and I automate them. These days I build tooling for AI coding agents that makes them faster, cheaper and harder to fool. Before this I spent five years as a football writer (Sportskeeda, 90min, Fox Sports Asia), so yes, my READMEs are readable.
- gateforge blocks AI-written commits until your existing end-to-end tests prove the change works. It won't accept fake tests, mocks or old passing results.
- omp-optchat is one chat that never ends, built on @VictorTaelin's OptChat idea for oh-my-pi. History gets folded into a tree of summaries the agent can zoom into, with measured cache hit rates of 97–99%.
- oi-agent is a Discord bot that audits repos with an AI agent. Everything is blocked by default, git access is read-only, and only finished answers get posted.
- prompt-ledger turns my conversations with AI coding tools into a daily work journal and timeline. No API key needed.
- video-inference turns a recorded call into a transcript, key frames and draft requirements. It can also run as an MCP server, so AI agents can call it directly.
