Windows, RStudio and Pandoc issue

There is a problem with the version of pandoc included in the current build of RStudio (1.2.1335) that may affect users of govdown. If you get the error pandoc document conversion failed with error 11 when building your site then visit rstudio/rstudio#4072 for more information and two possible solutions. I was experiencing that error and upgrading to the preview of RStudio (Version 1.2.1511) solved my issue.
