Add Vite example

Vite example referenced in twbs/bootstrap#36412.

• After the merge check if StackBlitz is working. If not we need to add a sentence here and in Docs: Add a Vite Getting Started guide bootstrap#36412 to mention that Vite isn't supported in StackBlitz.

Pushed a few changes to bring it in line with the other examples. Agreed we have some redundancy here, which might bite us later, but I like showing a few things all at once in these:

1. You can import just what you need, but you can also import everything.
2. You can create custom components on top of Bootstrap's CSS and JS.
3. You can customize Bootstrap's default styles.

Updating later won't be too much of an issue IMO—find and replace, some simple scripts, etc.
