Checkbox text vertical alignment in IE/Chrome #13936
Description
In BS 3.2.0 the checkbox/radio text is not vertically aligned well in some scenarios in IE11 (and Chrome but a little less):
- Demo: Forms - Basic Example http://getbootstrap.com/css/#forms-example - shifted up
- Demo: Forms - Inline form http://getbootstrap.com/css/#forms-inline: shifted down
- Demo: Forms - Supported Controls - Inline checkboxes and radios - shifted up

Couldn't reproduce (1) or (3) with Win 8.1 IE 11 on Sauce Labs:

I have it in IE11 on Win7.

Fact of the matter is we'll never be 100% consistent across all browsers. I'm inclined to punt this to v4 to see if the problem persists with the switch to rem units over pixels.
