re2jsreleases without another change here. The override can go once amarkdownlintrelease depends onre2js2.8.7 or later andmarkdownlint-cli2picks it up; 0.42.0 andmarkdownlint-cli20.24.0 are still the latest today. The 2.9.0 release changes how the matcher builds its internal automaton and requires Node.js 20 or later, which the repository's>=22.12.0already covers. Markdownlint still finds no issue in the 147 Markdown files, and nothing changes in the generated site.2.9.0 is more than a week old, like the repository's Dependabot cooldown; 2.9.1 came out on October 28.
