Summary

  • Log the file path and missing field when template package JSON has an unexpected shape, skip that edit, and continue the remaining bootstrap transformations.
  • Keep the affected JSON unchanged and tell the user to review it after setup.
  • Add fixture tests for Core mobile removal, Core extension removal, AI mobile removal, and continuing after JSON shape drift.
  • Run tests in CI with the existing tsdown dependency and Node's built-in test runner; no new test framework or dependency.

Verification

  • node --test .test-dist/*.test.mjs after test build: 4 passed
  • tsc --noEmit
  • eslint
  • prettier --check "**/*.{ts,tsx,mdx}"
  • tsdown production build
