- Adds mitigation as a tracked case-board field, surfaced during the active loop and in progress updates, not only at close-out
- Output contract and record template now separate mitigation, root fix, and follow-ups (mitigated != fixed)
- Moves the two subagent-only branch procedures to reference files, cutting always-loaded SKILL.md ~30% (8.2k to 5.7k tokens)
- Shortens the frontmatter description under the 1024-char Codex limit; bumps plugins to 0.7.9
