- If last_heartbeat is older than 5 minutes, override status to 'offline' - If agent never had a heartbeat, return 'offline' instead of raw DB status - Prevents stale 'online' status persisting after agent stops reporting
- Add srv_ip and ssh_port fields to ProgressMessage struct - On 'completed' status, look up server by project_id and update srv_ip - Add db::server::update_srv_ip() using COALESCE to preserve existing ssh_port
