  • Runs & dispatch: preflight dependency checks (e.g., Slack required), retry and cancel support, “no action needed” outcomes, configurable leases/timeouts, API heartbeat; CRM events queue event-driven runs.
  • API/Builder: files and revision endpoints, persisted builder questions, and streamlined event storage (stores semantic events, skips streaming frames).

• Migration

  • Set SLACK_CLIENT_ID and SLACK_CLIENT_SECRET in the environment.
  • Add APP_URL/api/auth/oauth2/callback/slack as the Slack OAuth redirect URL.
