Add folder and list discovery commands (closes #12): - clickup folder list [--space] [--archived] [--json] - clickup folder select [--local] [--space] - clickup list list [--folder] [--space] [--archived] [--json] - clickup list select [--local] [--folder] [--space] Contextual task list improvements: - task list --list-id is now optional — falls back to configured list via clickup list select (global or per-directory) - Add --include-closed / -c flag to task list - Per-directory config overrides for folder and list (matching space) Also: add "completed" to green status colors.
