Sombra 7.656.0 adds fetchJson, graphql, uploadProfiles, markDataSiloComplete, uploadDataPoint, listRequestFiles, downloadRequestFile, getPrivacyCenterTheme and utils to the runtime sdk. Declare them on CustomFunction.SDK so the editor and local projects type-check customer functions that call them. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Types for the new custom function sdk helpers, so customers get editor autocomplete and local type checks when composing functions from them.
Pairs with the Sombra runtime change in transcend-io/main#56221. Linear: WAL-10251.
