What: Remote request cards and viewers are readable and accessible, and native sparse shells count initial remote work once.
Why: The real iOS flow exposed crowded controls and a duplicate wait count; native reconstruction found the remote sparse query selecting an initial task twice.
So what: Both independent MEDIUM reviews, current CI and actual source-only web/iOS after proof pass; the parent internally integrates this component under #379.

Scoped authorization: #369 client repair assignment, under frozen #379. Target: feat/379-cross-machine-parity. No closing linkage.

Both clients retain qualified request routing, revision checks, exact retry keys, advertised empty choices and permission guards. Raw environment/thread/request/run identifiers remain available in explicit details. Native mobile uses the existing AppSheet, RequestActionButton and AppTextInput owners. Pending questions appear before original and latest received results; those results stay distinct. Source-only nested navigation, pagination and legacy entrypoints retain their existing routes.

The native sparse SQL shell also selected a null-result initial remote task as a follow-up, while its full-projection and memory owners excluded it. A real SQLite projection regression reproduced two differently keyed entries for the same qualified child. One query predicate now matches the existing native policy. It preserves later follow-ups, distinct same-title work, equal child IDs in different environments, and local work. The two-file extension was explicitly assigned in #3696249043711; no other #383-owned core path changed.

Historical event inputs were reconstructed at the original cutoff. No exact historical shell response was retained; current completed rows are not used as historical proof. Parent actual after verification is recorded below; historical reconstruction remains distinct from the current client observation.

Proof on the changed client source: 73 tests across the two request/viewer interaction files, source-only lifecycle entrypoints, client remoteTasks and threadExecution; web and mobile typechecks; six-file lint/format; fork inventory and full bash scripts/fork-check.sh --upstream upstream. Local test leaves are not actual native/client acceptance. Before-fix card assertions failed in all four offered-choice cases, then pass with selection, disclosure, permission revocation and exact retry oracles. The new native red fails at the sparse-shell duplicate; the corrected whole ProjectionStore file passes41tests, and server types/two-file lint/format pass. Full logs, unchanged whole R1/R2 reports and author responses are in the fresh canonical #369 packet and its complete historical appendix.

Actual before evidence, captured and uploaded by the parent on integrated652:

Exact candidate 0237847dd545d6a036cdb0c3ce43e4a94ed707fd, tree f935cede0c57345e4620858cb64024bf6ea64ca5, base 652289a86259c66dd6e756d01160f49b73d617ab. Parent-owned actual web/iOS after checks passed: one waiting task, styled selected controls, one destination answer resolution, real provider completion, and native Done/reopen. Complete actual after proof retains exact resource identities and limits. The earlier real answer 369_MOBILE_RESULT=MOBILE_ACCEPT_369 proves the original functional route, not this candidate's appearance. Prior component R1/R2 approvals and CI do not transfer. Only the specifically granted native query/test paths changed alongside clients; no contracts/authority/workflow edits, product servers, browser/devices, provider prompts, installs, version bumps or topology changes.

Actual after, on exact0237847 (development client, not distribution):

Source-only native selected question after
Source-only native completed result after
Source-only web question after

BOTH independent whole-candidate MEDIUM reviews APPROVE: Sol, installed Grok; exacthead authenticated review/independent success. CI39121802930/Fork39121802943/latestfingerprint39121950554 succeeded. Earlier fingerprint cancellation and historic unknown403/404 remain separately retained. Actual after record includes all7uploaded/digest-verified PNGs, one native answer sequence449 and exact provider result. Two local environments + iOS simulator, not physical-machine/Android/Electron/all-provider/final379 acceptance. No Issue closes, finalmainmerge, distribution or shipment.

Requirements and who asked: Parent/user requires readable native controls and truthful source-only remote requests on web/desktop/mobile, as shown by the real iOS acceptance flow.
Deleted: Redesign, settings, generic UI framework, new authority protocol and title-based deduplication.
Bottleneck: Correct presentation at the existing client owners; the sparse-query equivalence defect now has native red/green proof; actual after verification remains parent-owned.
Checked myself: Actual before PNG, current callers and existing UI primitives, scoped failing-before and passing interaction tests, types/lint/format/fork proof and unchanged qualified action payloads.

Cost: UNKNOWN. Supported Observer lookup/publish for toolboxmd/chromeria#369 has no sessions in scope; no manual rate or zero total is substituted.

What: Both required independent whole-candidate MEDIUM reviews are running on #369 client follow-up PR #420 at exact0237847; the parent watches current CI.
Why: Real iOS acceptance required readable request/result controls and a truthful initial remote-task count; the new candidate includes native sparse-query red/green and has no transferred approval.
So what: Parent aggregates both reports, adjudicates current CI and performs actual web/iOS after proof before any internal integration; #383 continues disjoint core work.

Candidate head 0237847dd545d6a036cdb0c3ce43e4a94ed707fd, tree f935cede0c57345e4620858cb64024bf6ea64ca5, base/current integration 652289a86259c66dd6e756d01160f49b73d617ab. Parent verified live PR OPEN/MERGEABLE, exact clean author Git/source+target refs, app link and watch. Final author packet #369 (comment) and mandatory entire historical appendix6249019046 retain both whole R1/R2 reports, responses, failure identities and UNKNOWNs.

New native tasks 379-369-client-review-r1-codex-medium-0237847 and 379-369-client-review-r1-grok-medium-0237847. Actual returned provider/model plus native persisted thread configuration independently verify codex/gpt-6.1-sol/MEDIUM and installed Grok/grok-4.7/MEDIUM; catalog defaults were not used. Separate app-bound worktrees review-379-369-client-r1-{sol,grok}-0237847, both exact head. No delegation fallback or child delegation. Each reviews whole change, not a split. Parent retains sole aggregate review/independent pending status, actual product resources and integration authority.

Initial166043-character delegate packet was rejected by tool parameter validation (max120000), no child created. Packet was reduced to119734characters by removing duplicated historical identity/registry metadata; all whole findings/reports/author responses remain inline and both COMPLETE canonical files are mandatory full inputs. Original complete review brief retained locally; exact bounded dispatched brief /tmp/chromeria-369-client-r1-review-brief.txt. First Grok call had uncertain transport send failure; one retry with SAME clientRequestId returned its one task. No substituted model/harness/effort.

CI39121802930 running at dispatch; Fork39121802943 passed. Fingerprint39121802937 passed,39121935984 cancelled and39121950554 running; no overall CI acceptance yet. Native after/screenshots/count verification pending. Four prior internal component merges remain internal only. No final main merge/build/shipment/activation or Issue closure.

#383 incoming aligned preservation47domain/10native passed; later source grant-midbatch and queued-mode reds are repaired in evolving core, full pre-guidance106 workflow passed but actual returned remote quickstart regression subsequently failed and its owner is repairing it. No final383 candidate approval. Whole383 viewer/media/artifact/client map6248805292 and physical386 map6248996778 are preparation, not acceptance or new-grant authority. The parent has not authorized new accounts/access/capability grants.

Requirements and who asked: User379 requires BOTH independent MEDIUM exact-candidate code reviews, current CI and actual multi-client proof.
Deleted: Historical approval transfer, packet truncation of reports/responses, model fallback, title dedupe and metadata-only readiness.
Bottleneck: Current candidate review and actual after proof; #383 core remains a separate writer.
Checked myself: Live source/base/PR/tree, exact author stop/clean state, catalog and actual persisted reviewer selections, native app linkage/watch and complete packet assembly. No merge or shipment claim.

What: APPROVE PR #420 at exact 0237847dd545d6a036cdb0c3ce43e4a94ed707fd; no supported blocking finding in this independent whole follow-up review.
Why: The client changes preserve qualified source-owned actions and native request semantics, and the sparse SQL correction matches the existing initial-versus-follow-up ownership rule.
So what: Parent aggregates both independent reports and owns actual after-client/sheet/count acceptance and integration; this report does not set review/independent or declare #369/#379 complete.

Findings and reviewed behavior

No required finding. No optional rewrite requested. APPROVE is a code-review verdict within the proof limits below, not actual client acceptance.

Native waiting roster. Read the complete query/test changes and their ProjectionStore, delegatedFollowups, shared pending-work and client count consumers. The one production predicate requires a non-null original result in the remote follow-up SQL arm. Initial remote work continues to come from its active native turn item. A completed original item with continuing remote work instead comes from its delegated-task identity. The existing local arm and memory/full-projection rule already require that original result. No title or unqualified child-ID deduplication was added.

The new regression reaches actual SQLite ProjectionStore single/list sparse shells, memory shells and full-projection reconstruction through real native events. It checks one initial remote task, three legitimate equal-title tasks, equal child IDs in different environments, a later remote follow-up, initial local work and a real bound local follow-up run. I read the retained author red: actual SQL returned both node:delegated-task:remote369:initial and its distinct turn-item:delegated-task:... identity for the same qualified child. This is a genuine failed roster observation, not a mocked SQL return. The entire 41-case ProjectionStore file passes freshly in my run. Historical event reconstruction is still not a retained exact historical shell response or an actual after-client count observation.

Request cards and semantics. Reviewed both complete changed cards and their read/command/permission owners. Questions, approval prompts, option descriptions, optional/multiselect instructions and meaningful destination labels precede optional identifier details. Web uses existing Button/Input owners; mobile uses the actual RequestActionButton/AppTextInput owners. Selected state is exposed through aria-pressed or accessibilityState.selected. Fixed-choice questions omit the disabled text input. Qualified environment/thread/request/route, expected revision, source connection and stable retry key remain in the action payload. Refresh still changes the action identity. Explicit offered empty values remain distinguishable from no answer. Approval decisions/options/warnings, async dismissal, unavailable-provider state and current permission disabling remain present.

Fresh mounted interactions exercise choice selection, advertised empty values, multiselect payloads, permission revocation with no command, lost-acknowledgement exact retry, explicit refresh and diagnostics disclosure. These use a command boundary fixture, not a real provider or native screen.

Viewers, lifecycle and entrypoints. Reviewed both complete viewers, actual AppSheet, RequestActionButton/AppTextInput, mobile ThreadDetailScreen/ThreadAgentsSheet, shared remote task state and web useSubagentOpen/remote lifecycle entrypoints. Hooks remain unconditional. Request keys retain qualified environment/thread/request/revision. The mobile sheet delegates native header, Done and native dismissal to the established AppSheet owner; its callbacks still clear the caller's viewing state. Pending requests move ahead of distinct original/latest result values. Availability, work/recovery/partial state and stop status remain visible; onward observations say via rather than inventing a destination name. Nested resource changes and back navigation reset cursor/text offset, pagination carries both values, and Stop remains a guarded source command. Negotiated source-view selection still precedes destination-profile navigation, including B connected/absent; imported/local paths retain their existing route. Mounted navigation and unchanged remote lifecycle entrypoint checks pass. Actual sheet presentation, scrolling, keyboard, gesture/dismissal and accessibility behavior remain for parent native acceptance.

Incoming #369 owners. Rechecked PendingRequestIngress, PendingRequestService, pendingRequests, PeerAuthority actor/ancestry controls, serialized native answer validation and pendingResponseAdmission. Source-client identity comes from authenticated ingress/current session scopes; agent arguments do not supply human authority. Selected-root membership and strict local/pair ancestry remain distinct checks. Ordinary eligible ancestral approvals remain supported. The SQL read still obtains native content and revision under the same local transaction, with network ancestry/authority outside it; native response admission still checks request status, revision and planned content shape inside the event/receipt/outbox commit. Existing source-only RPC guards, modern/legacy navigation and protocol boundaries were not replaced by the presentation changes. The ten registered native workflows freshly cover mixed ancestry, source-client authentication/revocation, replay/changed intent/concurrency, dismiss, Stop/intake races, read snapshot consistency and offered empty answers.

Scope and records. Reviewed docs/map, peer-links registry and literal carried-test registry changes. They name the actual follow-up PR and native test path, without changing gate policy. No #383 production device/viewer/media/authority work was introduced. The complete supplied current packet and historical appendix, both unchanged R1/R2 reports, adjudication and author responses were review inputs. The local canonical files match live comments 6249106298/6249019046 modulo final newline. Current #379 mandate/frozen contract and #369 outcome, operations verification/code-review/review-method/impact-analysis, project instructions/direction/glossaries, Effect service conventions and Great Library README informed the review. Historical approvals are not transferred.

Independently executed proof

All tests ran after the parent's concrete dependency-ready exit0 confirmation, only in this worktree, using PATH=/opt/homebrew/opt/node@24/bin:$PATH ./node_modules/.bin/vp.

  1. test run apps/server/src/orchestration-v2/ProjectionStore.test.ts apps/web/src/components/chat/RemotePendingRequest.test.tsx apps/mobile/src/features/threads/RemotePendingRequest.test.tsx apps/web/src/components/chat/V2LifecycleRow.remote.test.tsx packages/client-runtime/src/state/remoteTasks.test.ts packages/client-runtime/src/state/threadExecution.test.ts: 114 passed, 6 files, 4.72s, exit0. /tmp/review-369-client-r1-sol/focused.log.
  2. test run apps/server/src/peer/PeerAuthority.workflow.test.ts -t pending369: 10 passed, 84 skipped, 1 file, 46.52s, exit0. /tmp/review-369-client-r1-sol/pending-native.log.
  3. test run apps/server/src/childThreads/pendingRequests.test.ts apps/server/src/orchestration-v2/runtimeLayer.test.ts apps/server/src/peer/PeerAuthority.test.ts apps/server/src/peer/PeerForwarding.test.ts apps/server/src/peer/PeerToolRouting.test.ts apps/server/src/auth/RpcAuthorization.test.ts packages/contracts/src/rpc.test.ts packages/contracts/src/orchestrationV2.test.ts packages/contracts/src/orchestratorMcp.test.ts: 205 passed, 9 files, 26.83s, exit0. /tmp/review-369-client-r1-sol/authority-runtime.log.

Total: 329 distinct passing tests across 16 files, scoped feedback, not a complete repository gate. The runtime file includes the no-injection production request-read owner check. node scripts/fork-features.mjs check passes, 42 features; git diff --check base HEAD passes. No independent lint/typecheck/Knip/full fork run and no repository-wide local checks.

Initial inspection found no node_modules or vp. No pre-ready test was attempted and no reviewer installation/borrowing/runtime substitution occurred. Parent then prepared only this worktree using cached offline/frozen/ignore-scripts/copy dependencies, downloaded0, exit0, /tmp/chromeria-369-client-r1-sol-deps.log. This manual recovery is not proof of automatic native-worktree setup; the existing #386 setup gap remains.

Final live GitHub observation on this exact head: CI 39121802930 SUCCESS, including aggregate Check, lint/types/build/Test/Web/all six server shards/Rust/release smoke/transfer report. Fork 39121802943 SUCCESS. Fingerprints 39121802937 and 39121950554 SUCCESS; 39121935984 CANCELLED remains distinct. Policy-skipped ancillary jobs remain skipped. review/independent was pending for parent aggregation. Snapshot: /tmp/review-369-client-r1-sol/pr-final.json. These are observed GitHub results, not locally executed gates or acceptance inferred from metadata.

Retained failures and limits

The old 515f unused export, six missing-requests viewer fixtures, actual dismiss-catalog omission and missing-subagents WireProjection fixture failures retain their original identities and owner responses. Current presentation work does not add missing-data production fallbacks or weaken their assertions. Old merge11cab topology failure and its parent repair remain historical topology evidence. Original R1 S1 old-content/new-revision and S2 Pi offered-empty defects, both author repairs and both R2 reports remain on their original heads; current native/client runs provide fresh bounded evidence rather than approval transfer.

The retained 93-pass/1-failure native initialization404 run has UNKNOWN cause, with original response body unavailable. Later 94-pass runs, this selection and green CI do not diagnose it. Earlier discovery403/404, parser/timing #409 and cost gaps remain UNKNOWN. The optional fixed-choice edge without an established producer remains nonblocking, not a new finding. Cost is UNKNOWN, not zero.

No product server, browser, device, provider operation, live/task acceptance-home access, installation, account/grant mutation, other checkout write, commit/push, merge, Issue closure or aggregate status mutation occurred. Registered native tests use finite authenticated HTTP/WS and SQLite/native owners with deterministic external leaves. They do not prove actual web/desktop/iOS/Android appearance, native AppSheet behavior, physical cross-machine topology, all providers, process death or whole #379 acceptance. Parent owns actual after screenshots and current shell/client waiting-count verification. The earlier successful real iOS answer proves its original functional scenario only.

Requirements and who asked: Parent/user requested an independent whole eleven-path #369 follow-up R1 on exact0237847, Sol MEDIUM, preserving incoming native authority/lifecycle and source-only parity.
Deleted: Historical approval transfer, split coverage, nested delegation, authored fixes, policy/SQL substitution, speculative #383 expansion, broad local gates and unsupported acceptance/cause/cost claims.
Bottleneck: Truthful initial-versus-follow-up shell identity and usable existing client owners, then parent aggregation and actual after-client acceptance.
Checked myself: Exact Git/live PR/catalog/persisted selection, all eleven changed paths and relevant consumers, retained packet/failure responses, actual author roster red, 329 fresh scoped passes, current CI observation and final clean exact source.

What: APPROVE the #369 client follow-up at exact 0237847dd545d6a036cdb0c3ce43e4a94ed707fd on PR #420. No supported blocking defect in the sparse-shell predicate or the source request cards and viewers.
Why: Initial remote work stays on its running turn item, a later follow-up stays on the task that already has a result, and the source cards still send the qualified request, revision, and stable action key.
So what: Parent aggregates this verdict with the other independent review and owns review/independent, current CI assessment, actual after screenshots, and integration. This comment does not set that status, merge, or push.

Elon record

Requirements and who asked: Parent #379 required one new independent whole-candidate review of the #369 client follow-up at this exact head by installed Grok grok-4.7 with reasoning effort medium. The user outcome is readable source-only questions and approvals, with pending remote work counted once.
Deleted: Transfer of the 4cf9 or 42051c4 approvals, a split review, title or address deduplication, #383 device work, and any demand to weaken tests or treat CI metadata as acceptance.
Bottleneck: One remote sparse-shell predicate aligned with the in-memory follow-up owner, and the existing web and mobile card and viewer owners.
Checked myself: Live catalog and this thread's persisted model and effort, exact head, tree, and base, all 11 diff paths and the shell and Stop consumers, and a fresh native shell plus card run on this worktree.

Identity and independence

Verdict

APPROVE. No required change.

Findings

No required finding. No optional rewrite.

What holds on this head

  • The only server behavior change is json_extract(task.payload_json, '$.result') IS NOT NULL on the remote arm of pendingDelegatedChildQuery in apps/server/src/childThreads/delegatedFollowupQueries.ts. The local arm already had that predicate. pendingDelegatedChildTasks already returns false when task.result === null. workState is only working, waiting_for_children, or result_available, so the existing SQL work-state list matches the memory check that excludes result_available.
  • Initial remote work with result: null is represented by the running subagent turn item from selectShellPendingTurnItemRows. After that item completes with a result and the remote snapshot is still working, the shell uses the task id. withPendingDelegatedChildWork does not treat a remote task id and a turn-item id as the same child, which is why the missing predicate counted one job twice.
  • The same query feeds Stop cohort selection in Orchestrator.ts. A result-null remote task leaves pendingChildIds. An in-progress app-owned task whose completionDelivery is not acknowledged, delivered, or disposed still joins the cohort through that delivery check. This review traced that path and did not execute a Stop workflow case.
  • The registered projection regression compares native SQL getThreadShell and getShellSnapshot with the memory store and with threadShellFromProjection plus pendingDelegatedChildTasks. It keeps one initial remote entry, three equal titles, the same child thread id in two environments, a continuing remote follow-up, one initial local entry, and a later local follow-up bound to a real child run.
  • Web and mobile RemotePendingRequest still send requestTarget, requestRoute, expectedRevision, and one clientRequestId. An advertised empty option counts as answered. A missing required answer stays incomplete. Refresh mints a new key. Lost acknowledgement keeps the key. Question text and the destination label render before the optional environment, thread, request, and revision disclosure. Fixed-choice questions with allowCustomAnswer: false do not render the custom input. Mobile uses RequestActionButton with accessibilityRole="button" and accessibilityState.selected or expanded. Web uses aria-pressed and aria-expanded.
  • Both viewers place pending requests before the original result and the distinct latest result. Exact environment, thread, and latest-run ids stay behind task details. A nested resource is labelled via the opened destination. Nested open, back, cursor, and text offset stay on the source view command. Stop stays disabled when remoteTasks.stop permission is false and the test records zero stop calls. Untitled nested work reads Nested task. Cards are keyed by environment, thread, request, and revision.
  • Mobile presentation uses the existing AppSheet, ScrollView, and RequestActionButton owners. Web and desktop share the web card and dialog. No ancestry, actor, revision, admission, or source-routing logic is in this diff. The 11 paths do not include feat(peer): view and drive remote browsers and devices from a source-only client #383 device production files.

Responses to retained findings

R1-S1 and R1-S2 remain closed in the incoming base. This follow-up does not edit pendingRequests.ts, the expected-revision validator, or the empty-option completeness rule. The card tests on this head again accept "", reject sending before a selection, replay the lost acknowledgement with the same key, and mint a new key on refresh. The optional fixed-choice edge with no established producer stays a nonblocking contract edge. Historical 515f failures and the native initialization 404 with no response body stay on their original identities. Cause of that 404 remains UNKNOWN. Historical discovery, parser #409, and timing unknowns stay unknown. No earlier approval transfers to this head.

Proof executed on this head

Worktree only. Node v24.18.0 at /opt/homebrew/opt/node@24/bin. ./node_modules/.bin/vp (vp 5.0.1). The first check found no node_modules and did not start a test. Parent then prepared this worktree from the existing offline frozen copy, ignore-scripts, package-import-method=copy, and reported exit 0. That preparation is a setup gap, not proof that native worktree setup installs dependencies. No product server, browser, device, provider process, install, or other checkout.

PATH=/opt/homebrew/opt/node@24/bin:$PATH ./node_modules/.bin/vp test run \
  apps/server/src/orchestration-v2/ProjectionStore.test.ts \
  apps/web/src/components/chat/RemotePendingRequest.test.tsx \
  apps/mobile/src/features/threads/RemotePendingRequest.test.tsx

47 passed, 3 files, 7.28s, exit 0. ProjectionStore contributed 41, including remote369: sparse shells count initial remote work once and retain later qualified follow-ups. Each card file contributed the empty and non-empty answer cases and the source viewer navigation case. After the run, HEAD and tree were unchanged and git status was clean.

Limits

  • No physical web, desktop, or iOS click, and no real provider process. Parent still owns the after screenshots and the waiting-count observation on a device. Android remains unavailable as previously recorded. Component renderers and native SQLite are the proof here.
  • The PeerAuthority workflow file was not rerun. The author's earlier 93 pass and 1 fail with native initialization 404 stays UNKNOWN.
  • Repository-wide lint, typecheck, and test were not run. Current CI at dispatch was still running. This review does not treat check metadata or an older head's success as acceptance.
  • Stop cohort inclusion for a result-null remote task is source-traced, not executed as a workflow case.
  • AppSheet dismissal is the existing Done to isOpen to onDismiss and onNativeDismiss path. This review did not drive a device sheet.
  • Cost remains UNKNOWN. No Observer total was invented.
  • review/independent is left for the parent aggregate.

What: BOTH independent whole-candidate MEDIUM reviews APPROVE PR420 exact0237847, and current CI is successful.
Why: The native sparse-shell predicate matches the original/follow-up owner rule, and reviewed client changes preserve qualified source actions, revisions, offered-empty choices, stable retries and result identity.
So what: Parent accepts the scoped code-review aggregate and continues actual web/iOS after proof before internal integration; this is not final369/379 acceptance or shipment.

Head0237847dd545d6a036cdb0c3ce43e4a94ed707fd, treef935cede0c57345e4620858cb64024bf6ea64ca5, currentbase652289a86259c66dd6e756d01160f49b73d617ab. Both tasks terminal completed/no pending child runs. Complete reports read by parent: Sol #420 (comment) and installed Grok #420 (comment). Actual persisted selections verified codex/gpt-6.1-sol/MEDIUM and grok/grok-4.7/MEDIUM, no fallback. All historical whole reports/responses were mandatory review inputs; no historical approval transfer.

Sol independently executed329distinct scoped tests/16files:114client/projection,10pending-native,205authority/runtime/contracts. Grok executed47native projection/card tests/3files. Their counts overlap and are not added. Neither actual browser/device/provider proof nor repo-wide local gate is claimed. Parent read both complete reports including Stop cohort source tracing versus execution limits and historicalUNKNOWN404/cost. No blocking finding, no approval voting over a counterexample.

Parent live CI read:39121802930 aggregate Check/lint/type/build/Test/Web/ALLsixserver/Rust/release smoke/transfer report SUCCESS, Fork39121802943SUCCESS, fingerprints39121802937and39121950554SUCCESS.39121935984CANCELLED remains a separate superseded fingerprint observation; ancillary policy-skipped jobs stay skipped. Transfer report passes enforced ceilings but no successful main baseline artifact exists, so no improvement claim. Exacthead/source/base remain stable.

Parent-owned exact acceptance checkout /tmp/chromeria-369-client-acceptance-0237, detached0237/tree f935, cached offline dependencies prepared exit0. Only primary-owned old A/B/Metro sessions stopped after zero active fixture runs. New same homes A14247/B14248 start from0237; web7478, Metro17891. No author/reviewer/383 source changed or live userdata writes. Supported native ensure is rebuilding iOSdevelopmentclient; Android missing-emulator unavailability unchanged. Actual after/count/sheet/screenshots still pending, no merge yet.

Requirements and who asked: User379 requires BOTH independent exact-candidate MEDIUM reviews plus currentCI and isolated realclient proof before acceptance.
Deleted: Review transfer, overlapping-test totals, CI-as-client acceptance and unexplained-old-failure attribution.
Bottleneck: Exact candidate actual web/iOS after flow and waiting-count observation, then internal integration.
Checked myself: Both complete independent reports, native task terminal/selection evidence, actual head/base/CI, primary server/process/home ownership and clean acceptance checkout. No mainmerge/build/ship/activation claim.

What: Actual source-only web and iOS after-proof passes on PR420 exact0237847: one waiting task, readable controls, real answer delivery and completed result.
Why: The original mobile flow exposed raw default identifiers, unstyled controls and a duplicated initial-task count; this candidate repairs those existing owners.
So what: With BOTH exact MEDIUM approvals and current CI already passed, parent may internally integrate PR420 under #379 authority; final whole379/main/shipment acceptance remains pending.

Exact source head0237847dd545d6a036cdb0c3ce43e4a94ed707fd/tree f935cede0c57345e4620858cb64024bf6ea64ca5, base652289a86259c66dd6e756d01160f49b73d617ab. Exclusive parent detached acceptance worktree /tmp/chromeria-369-client-acceptance-0237, clean before and after, separate from stopped author and immutable review worktrees. Existing cached frozen/offline/ignore-scripts dependencies prepared exit0/downloaded0. Before switching only primary's old A/B/Metro sessions72555/20791/28906 stopped, after read-only native DB queries found zero active fixture runs. No canonical main, other worker, old mobile archive or live userdata mutation.

Current primary-owned runtime: same retained disposable A/B homes /tmp/chromeria-369-acceptance-{a,b}, new source0237 full CLI A14247 (dev web7478) and B14248, Metro17891 from this checkout. Captured A99985/B10656/Metro21093 exec sessions retained. Both actual startup logs report listening and native recovery. No copied identity runs concurrently. Browser tab tab_b_c2742435-82bd-4ede-aa32-7d090869baad is primary-owned/incognito. Its existing A cookie and native mobile A connection reused successfully; neither client paired to B, and no grant/settings/permission changes were made.

Native supported device_list/open reused primary-owned iPhone18Pro/iOS27 simulator7EB778D5-677E-49D8-8B43-3EC2F7AE65BD with actual returned pinned AgentDevice executable/config/session on interaction commands. Native ensure ios ran from0237, rebuilt the development client successfully and returned compatible, fingerprint90dfe9f2508b8ea4412c4efd9d6347d737023c5e. Same fingerprint as prior build is recorded without inferring why its initial installed-binary check required rebuild. Build log /tmp/chromeria-369-client-ios-ensure-0237.log. Real Metro bundle1831ms/4177modules. Opened exact existing development-client URL for17891; retained A-only connection and meaningful original threads appeared. Android unavailable: missing Android Emulator under existing SDK; no emulator install or Android positive claim. This is development-client preparation, not private distribution/shipment.

A native Codex/gpt-6.1-sol/MEDIUM provider in the real source thread was instructed through the actual browser composer to delegate exactly one deliberate async question using existing B grant/project, stable key 369-client-after-question-v1. No shell/projection seeding/RPC injection/fake provider or added grants. Verified actual persisted launch selection SolMEDIUM. A parent thread890ae979-9db3-4d16-a023-5efc71cfb6fe/environment950a38f2-e2a5-4242-9171-c17e0cb8412c; destinationB environmentef047b58-1edf-4ad6-a1ba-44320188325c/project42f73d00-0cdd-474b-b9f7-819cdb6a386f. Actual observations:

  1. Source-only web transcript opened the real task viewer. Question 369 AFTER CLIENT QUESTION and destinationRocky precede optional Request details/Task details; huge transport IDs are absent from default question/result UI. Send answer disabled before selection; selectingAFTER_ACCEPT_369 set aria-pressed=true and enabled Send. Primary did not send on web, deliberately leaving the real question for iOS. Choice description repeated the fixture label because the provider supplied the same description, not a duplicate task.
  2. After A's root completed, real web composer read Waiting on subagent 369 after client question, with lineage1running. Read-only native owner record showed exactly one running task. This is actual current-client count proof, distinct from historical-input reconstruction and prior native regression.
  3. Actual native iOS thread read Waiting on subagent 369 after client question and Open agents,1of1agentsworking. Native source notification opened the existing AppSheet without a B connection. Correct title, native Done, styled choices, question text and current availability were visible. Scrolling reached disabled Send before selection. After selectingAFTER_ACCEPT_369, accessibility snapshot marked it selected, native input reflected the option and Send enabled. Actual selected-choice screenshot shows native blue state and full-width action controls.
  4. Primary tapped native Send ONCE. Actual B runtime request sequence437pending -> sequence449resolved at2026-10-18T11:33:57.471Z, command mcp:request:276593dadf1e5638b561caf0d07facaf6a106369b638292af0bbedb6b0ffd12c:0, exact answer {"0":"AFTER_ACCEPT_369"}. Read-only canonical event query confirmed exactly ONE resolved event for the actual request. Actual provider consumed it and completed with 369_AFTER_RESULT=AFTER_ACCEPT_369, actual B run state467completed. No fabricated success from dispatch acceptance.
  5. Both actual source-only viewers displayed current/resultavailable, Original result and Latest received result(completed) separately labelled, exact real result, zero pending requests. Native Done dismissed to original parent transcript; finished-task notification reopened the same completed sheet with original result/zero pending intact. Parent transcript received actual completion and no pending composer remained. Native scrolling and Done/reopen are real device interactions; no claim about every keyboard/gesture or desktop Electron IPC.

Actual request ID: runtime-request:provider:codex:provider-turn:provider-turn%3Aprovider%3Acodex%3Anative-turn%3A01a14ebf-edde-7302-ad7c-2dde171c13cc:native-request:async%3Acall_8155b0e90352407a9364bbdac1924d08:fe82c670-2964-41d8-a1c3-b1af5d8dde41. Sanitized local native owner oracles /tmp/chromeria-369-client-after-native-{pending,completed}.json; original screenshot/digest manifest /tmp/chromeria-369-client-after-evidence-manifest.json. No auth tokens/secret refs or raw secret values published.

After PNGs were inspected, uploaded to existing UNPUBLISHED draft evidence-379 and GitHub digest/size verified against local SHA256. Draft remained isDraft=true; no release published. Original before evidence remains PRbody/3696248894975. No evidence assets committed.

Other uploaded originals: mobile-pending and web-wait with the same0237filename suffix, all7listed in localmanifest. This bounded after-proof is TWO local Rocky environments plus existing native simulator, not physical-machine acceptance, all providers, live approval/dismiss semantics, Android, Electron-specific IPC, final383/384/385/386 or final379 delivery. Native request/revision/authority/failure/race/mixed-version contracts retain exact code proof and current reviews; historical404/discovery/#409/cost causes remainUNKNOWN.

Both whole exact-candidate MEDIUM reviews APPROVE: SolPR6249227555 (329distinct scoped cases16files), installed GrokPR6249275443 (47cases3files, overlapping totals not added). Parent aggregate3696249297625/PR6249297892, authenticated exacthead review/independentSUCCESS. CurrentCI39121802930/Fork39121802943/latestfingerprint39121950554SUCCESS, earlierfingerprintcancelretained. Full readiness freshly rechecked again before any merge. Supported Observer publish379->PR420 succeeded comment6249436674; its incomplete/unpriced/membership scope is not whole outcome cost. Worker369unsupported/no-task sessions gap remains unchanged; no manual pricing or zero-total claim.

Requirements and who asked: User379/369 requires native multi-client behavior and actual after evidence before reviewed internal integration.
Deleted: Raw default transport-ID UX, duplicate-count masking, synthetic UI/native data or provider proof, B-client pairing, new grants, and local simulation relabelled physical proof.
Bottleneck: Real selected answer/current native shell count/sheet lifecycle now observed; parent may integrate this stable component, then continue383/384/385/386.
Checked myself: Exact source/runtime/native client build, both actual client interactions and inspected PNGs, actual provider launch/consumption, one native destination resolution, original/latest display, Done/reopen, uploaded matching digests and preserved clean checkouts/resources. No finalmainmerge/release/buildshipment/activation or Issue close.
