Component PR into
integration/mac-observer: the Grok Build adapter's full sync was quadratic on real data (every session import rescanned every session's updates file for parent dispatch records: on this Mac 150 of 1,129 sessions in about 50 minutes). It now builds one parent index per operation (including source-scoped syncs), parses each session once, skips unchanged sessions, and still reconciles response models when only events change.Real Grok tree on this Mac (1,129 sessions, 1.4 GB of update logs): full sync 26.6 s, unchanged re-sync 3.1 s.
