Add Ruby 4.0.0 support

Summary

Ruby 4.0.0 was released on December 25, 2025. The current gemspec restricts Ruby version to < 4:

required_ruby_version: >= 2.6, < 4

Request

Please update the gemspec to support Ruby 4.0.0.

Environment

• Ruby 4.0.0 (2025-12-25 revision 553f1675f3)
• Tested on macOS arm64

Error

Could not find compatible versions

Because every version of faraday-follow_redirects depends on Ruby >= 2.6, < 4
  and Gemfile depends on faraday-follow_redirects >= 0,
  Ruby >= 2.6, < 4 is required.
So, because current Ruby version is = 4.0.0,
  version solving has failed.

I prepared the Ruby 4 support a while back, will cut a new gem shortly.

The gem works fine and main doesn't have the Ruby <4 constraint anymore.

But ruby/setup-ruby does not support Ruby 4 yet (see ruby/setup-ruby#844) and since this gem uses trusted publishing the release workflow won't work. Don't worry, I'll checkin and trigger the update when it's available.

PS: I won't rush a manual release on Christmas. If you want, you can point your Gemfile to main, or fork or whatever, I honestly don't care, @chaadow 🤷‍♂️
