Discarded generic method rows must not contribute initialization or lifecycle handlers to the next test that reuses their class row. Main already implements the event isolation and retained cleanup in e30a1bb (#7476); this PR completes #7373's missing regression coverage rather than changing that working implementation.
Extend RejectedMethodRowsRetainCleanupWithoutLifecycleSubscriptions to cover RegisterForInitialization and every non-disposal lifecycle event (registration, start, end, skip, retry). Verify that class initialization/start subscriptions survive, class cleanup does not run early, and each rejected method callback and scope is disposed exactly once with its owning state. Exercise both compatible-row reuse and failed-row cleanup transfer.
The streaming builder was removed by #7535, so only the remaining shared row ownership path needs coverage. No public API, generator output, or reflection paths change.
Validation
net10.0 ClassRowCleanupTests: 22 passed in generated mode and 22 passed with --reflection.
Mutation check: deliberately restoring rejected lifecycle events into the saved class event container makes both expanded regression cases fail because rejected initialization runs twice; mutation removed before final validation.
The rejected-row cleanup test now checks initialization and lifecycle callback behavior. It verifies that constructor callbacks run once, rejected-context callbacks remain uncalled, and cleanup counts are preserved.
Changes: Rejected Row Callback Tests

Summary
Rejected-row callback and cleanup assertions tests/TUnit.UnitTests/ClassRowCleanupTests.cs
The test registers initialization and lifecycle callbacks for the constructor and rejected contexts. It invokes the owner’s initialization and lifecycle handlers before disposal, then checks callback counts and cleanup. A DiscoveryInitializer helper invokes a supplied callback during discovery initialization.
Issue 7379 describes leaked subscriptions from incompatible method rows. This test checks that rejected-row callbacks do not run.
Issue 7381 defines row event ownership and exactly-once disposal cleanup. This test checks callback suppression and cleanup counts.
Issue 7473 defines lifecycle stages for data-source handlers. This test covers registration, start, end, skipped, and retry handlers.

Explanation
The changes satisfy the coding requirements in [#7373]. RejectedMethodRowsRetainCleanupWithoutLifecycleSubscriptions now covers initialization and all listed non-disposal events: registration, start, end, skip, and retry. The test covers compatible-row reuse and failed-row cleanup transfer. It verifies that class handlers run once, rejected handlers do not run, cleanup does not run early, and rejected disposal callbacks and scopes run exactly once per rejected row. The PR reports successful execution in generated and reflection modes. No streaming path remains because the PR states that the streaming builder was removed.
Full details: Out of Scope Changes check
Explanation
The PR changes only ClassRowCleanupTests.cs. The added interface import, discovery initializer helper, event registrations, lifecycle invocation, and disposal assertions directly provide regression coverage for [#7373]. No unrelated production, public API, generator, reflection, or streaming-builder changes are present.

A rabbit checks each row with care, Constructor callbacks run once there. Rejected handlers stay asleep, While cleanup counts remain to keep. The rabbit hops through tests, content.
Test-only change, and it looks good. It extends RejectedMethodRowsRetainCleanupWithoutLifecycleSubscriptions to cover the gap from #7373:
Rejected rows now register RegisterForInitialization and every non-disposal lifecycle event (registered, start, end, skipped, retry).
The test asserts that none of those handlers run on the owner.
It asserts that the constructor row's initialization and start handlers run exactly once.
It asserts that no class or rejected-row cleanup runs early, and that disposal counts stay exact.
It covers both the reuse path and the TransferCleanupTo path.
I did not run it. The PR description reports a mutation check, which is the right way to show the assertions can fail.
Two optional nits:
The loop that invokes the lifecycle handlers by hand is a little dense. A small helper such as InvokeAll(owner.Events, ctx) would make the test body easier to read.
rejectedLifecycleCalls sums five events into one counter, so a failure won't say which event leaked. Separate counters would give a clearer failure message. This is not blocking.
No concerns about AOT, public API or generator output, since nothing outside the tests changes. Approving in spirit.
Reviewed all review surfaces for a82ed70. Claude and Codex both give positive verdicts; there are no inline findings or unresolved threads. Leaving the two optional Claude nits as-is: the lifecycle invocation is local to this regression and keeping it visible shows the exercised events; a shared counter is sufficient because every rejected callback must remain at zero. No blocking findings remain. Marking ready to start hosted validation and the ready-for-review Claude run.
The earlier wait is resolved: ready-for-review Claude run 41982504795 passed on a82ed70, and hosted CI is green. Re-read reviews, inline comments, all conversation comments and review threads; Claude and Codex both approve this head, Greptile reports no concerns, and there are no inline findings or unresolved threads.
The fresh Claude review repeats the two optional nits already dispositioned above: retain the local lifecycle invocation so the exercised events stay visible, and retain the shared counter because every rejected callback must remain zero. CodeRabbit's docstring coverage warning is non-blocking: this changes an existing regression test and adds a private helper in ClassRowCleanupTests.cs, whose tests follow the same descriptive-name/assertion style without XML documentation. No shipped API documentation changes. No blocking findings remain.
The PR still delivers the remaining coverage for #7373 and its body contains Closes #7373. Proceeding through the repository merge wrapper; no deferral or rerun is needed.
The early-release assertions (constructorDisposals and rejectedDisposals both 0 before execution) check ordering, not only the final counts.
It asserts both sides of the isolation: the constructor's init and start handlers run exactly once, and the rejected ones never run.
The PR description says it checked this by mutation, and that the test fails when rejected events are restored.
The test runs for both reuse and cleanup-transfer paths, and the PR reports it passing in generated and reflection modes.
Minor, non-blocking
rejectedLifecycleCalls is one shared counter for five events. A failure can't tell you which event leaked. Separate counters, or a list of event names, would give a clearer failure message.
The loop that invokes owner.Events.* handlers by hand mirrors the engine's dispatch. If a lifecycle event is added later, this list has to be updated too, or the new event goes untested. A small helper next to DisposeRow would keep that in one place.
