P1 Badge Keep SQS pinned to a published package version

A clean restore of any solution fails because both TUnit.Mocks.Tests and TUnit.Mocks.SourceGenerator.Tests request this centrally managed version, but AWSSDK.SQS 4.0.100.17 is not published on NuGet; the official package listing currently ends at 4.0.100.16. Restore therefore cannot resolve the new exact version, blocking builds and CI; retain 4.0.100.16 until a newer SQS package is actually available.
