Summary Adds the dedicated Microsoft.Extensions.Http.Resilience migration guide next to the Polly guide, replaces the old HTTP section with a cross-link, and links it from README's HTTP section. The guide compares every standard strategy's settings and defaults, limiter placement, hedging defaults and endpoint state, ordered/weighted groups, construction versus request selection, reloads, request snapshots, replay policies, global defaults, and handler rotation. Version-pinned Microsoft/Polly source links support the comparisons, including the distinction between the default hedge count and its upper limit. Closes #520 ## Validation -
