Compare between datetime/timeval and string

Describe the bug
It is possible to do this compare:

"2025-09-24T10:34:45Z" > datetime() > ;  // answer might not be what is expected

However, the result is not meaningful as it is not correctly checked and the following fails:

datetime() > "2025-09-24T10:34:45Z"; // `>` not supported between `datetime` and `str`

Expected behavior
This should simply not work, as the user could create an actual datetime object to do the compare.
