"Mean of 5" is not a thing, at least not in the official Regulations. The "Average" rankings in 3BLD are calculated as the good ol' Average of 5. |

We need to update our types and helpers to accommodate WCIF v1.1.
The new wcif version brings the following changes:
This means we need to update RoundFormat to handle bo5 and create a helper for calculating mean of 5.
