HDMI probe fails to codec #2 probe error, ret: -5

With current sof-dev (c9b2e8f / 25th Oct), hdac-hdmi codec probe fails occasional to below error:
[ 5.435995 < 0.368619>] sof-audio-pci 0000:00:1f.3: error: codec #2 probe error, ret: -5

Above error was hit in SOF CI:

I could reproduce the issue on ICL with following recipe:

• unload sof drivers
• s3 suspend
• resume
• load driver
• repeat from unload drivers

... this will hit the issue within 10 iterations.

Note: this issue does not happen with hda-codec-hdmi (PR1155), so I propose to fix this push by migrating to hda-codec-hdmi.
