[FEATURE] It is expected to add a configuration item to control whether the details tab or the diff tab is displayed by default when clicking a commit

1. Background

Currently, clicking on a commit displays commit details below by default. However, users mostly need to view diff changes and have to switch manually every time, which is quite inconvenient.

2. Proposed Solution

Add a control option to manage the tab that opens by default
