Python Backend #17

Create a Python server that can handle the following tasks:

• Running a Embedding model for Vector Embeddings.
• Run a text sentiment classification model for Emotion classification.
• Run a text summarization model for conversation summarization.
• Run Talking Head model for generating Talking Head videos using Sprites or Cards.
• Run SVC TTS models for TTS.
  The server will also need to be packaged in .exe or other equivalent so it can be run on Mac, Linux, and Windows without requiring users to install CONDA or other Python dependencies.
